A8E contact form error

I have recently upgraded to the most recent version of A8E and am getting the following error when I try to send a test message from the contact form:

Fatal error: Class 'Validator' not found in /home/kitty/AH/components/com_contact/contact.php on line 397 

I have looked through the com_contact files and am not sure where this class would be located but I cann't find it.  Any help appreciated as this is for a very public website.

The error refers to an "exception-error" with your permissions level in contact forms. Make sure you've enabled your user rights *(the person/member you've assigned the contact return for to email notifications to.) and make sure you've got a working forms parsing method enabled in your global configurations. Like joomla, a8ejoomla can use a variety of forms processing options *(sendmail, phpmailer, etc) but, as you're testing on your localhost, these options might not all be resident or activated on your localhost.
