a8ejoomla 1.0.12 final release

I have repackaged version 1.0.12 to include some of the bugfixes that went into version 1.0.13 due to some users (and clients) not having a lot of good experiences using version 1.0.13. Main issues were login problems - occasionally not being able to login or kick out of the backend system for no reason at all. This marks the final release of the 1.0.12 version.
